Oktoberfest Brats

These brats are made from 80% lean ground pork and seasonings. We think we have one of the finest brats in the market today.

"This method of cooking adds flavor while it tenderizes the bratwurst skins."

Grill bratwurst over medium heat, turning occasionally for about 20 minutes.

Combine 1 cup beer, 1 ½ cups water and 1 cub ketchup in large saucepan.
Simmer the grilled brats in beer mixture for 15-30 minutes.

Dad's Chicken Breast

Gerber golden, boneless, skinless chicken breast only! Plump, lean and meaty. The plain chicken breasts are always in the case. We also have marinated chicken breasts. You may have four marinated flavors in your service case at a time. The flavors are lemon-pepper, teriyaki, Cajun and Italian. We use a tumbler to marinate the chicken breast.

PLAIN:

Coat chicken with oil or salt & pepper. Place chicken on surface of grill 6" to 8" from heat. Over medium heat grill 18-25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.

MARINATED:

Place chicken on surface of grill 6" to 8" from heat. Over medium heat grill 18-25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.

When chicken breasts are cooked to juicy, tender perfection - pierce with a fork, juices should run clear.
Cut with a knife; the meat should be opaque.
